The Buyer's Terms:

By placing a bid, an RFQ, or a PO in www.BeautyPortal.net, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All bids and PO's are non-cancelable once submitted.
2. All transactions are completed between the buyer and seller. Neither www.BeautyPortal.net nor Nathalie Publishing Corp. are a party to the transaction and act only as a facilitator in providing the transaction engine. It is the joint responsibility of both the buyer and seller to contact each other through the portal after the operation has closed to complete the transaction by exchanging merchandise and payment. Neither www.BeautyPortal.net nor Nathalie Publishing Corp. represents nor warrants that a seller will complete the sale of an item or that a buyer will purchase or make payment for an item. The individual buyer and seller assume all risks, including, but not limited to risks associated with dealing with persons acting under false pretense.

3. www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp. are independent of the seller, who is solely responsible for the merchandise and processing of orders placed. For order status or other matters relating to transactions and merchandise, please contact the responsible seller through the portal communication tools.

4. www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp. do not represent or warrant the description, accuracy, quality, content, or availability of the merchandise posted by sellers for auction in the BeautyPortal Marketplace.

5. Posted closing times are approximate www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp. are not involved in the posting or closing of an auction that remain at the sole discretion of the user that post it.

6. www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp are not the arbiters as to the successful bidders and purchasers, but reserve the right to remove from bid items which are disputed, withdrawn by the merchant, or fail to draw bids above the posted minimum bid.

7. www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp. are not responsible for PO'S, RFQ's, or bids not being processed or not being accepted due to technical difficulties.

8. www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp. reserve the right to reject or void PO'S, RFQ's, or bids, whether successful or not, that www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp believe, in their sole discretion, not to be made in good faith, or which are restricted, taxed, or prohibited by law.

9. All bids are made in increments or decrements (for reverse auctions) and are subject to a minimum bid, as posted for each item. You may not bid between increments or decrements. Any bid between increments is void and of no effect.

10. Each auction/reverse auction is conducted independently, and the sale formats, terms, conditions and minimum bids may change from auction to auction.

11. Bids do not roll over to subsequent of similar items. If you see a similar item on sale after one closes, or if two of the same item are offered separately, you will need to bid again.

12. We retain your unsuccessful bids. If a problem occurs with a winning bid in an open auction, www.BeautyPortal.net may reinstate your currently unsuccessful bid to winning status at your last bid price.

13. It is a violation of law to make bids or PO's in a false name or with an invalid credit card, even if www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp initially accept such a bid. Please be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Please do not "test" our auction with false bids. This puts you at substantial personal legal risk. Fraudulent bidders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It is a violation of federal law to attempt to defraud others by means of the Internet.

14. www.BeautyPortal.net and Nathalie Publishing Corp. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
