Armando G. Acevedo.
Born May 25, 1941 in Matanzas, Cuba.
Graduated from the University of Miami in 1969 with a degree in accounting (Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida since 1970). Started his career with the International CPA Firm of Deloitte Haskins and Sells. Senior manager for the small business division of KPMG & Co. Co-founder of the Miami Office of the international CPA firm of Hurdman & Cranston, partner in charge of all audits and international engagements. Division controller for one of the largest publicly held Miami based entertainment conglomerates. CFO for a major beauty distributor. For the past five years, COO and partner for a group of companies involved in the fragrance industry. Mr. Acevedo is presently a member of the Board of Directors of Nathalie Publishing Corporation.
 
     
  Charles H. Woodworth, Jr.
Charles (“Chuck”) Woodworth, Jr. is currently President and Chairman of Harris, Hoover & Lewis, Inc. (HHL), a financial advisory firm, and heads its Executive Committee. Prior to founding HHL, Mr. Woodworth was a Senior Vice President of Investments and a Director of the Special Accounts Division at Prudential Securities in New York City. Mr. Woodworth specializes in advising corporations, institutions and high net-worth clients on financing, asset allocation, money management, estate and tax planning, equity risk management and general investment strategies. In addition, at Harris, Hoover & Lewis, Inc., Mr. Woodworth co-heads investment banking in the origination and engagement of corporate finance business. Prior to joining Prudential Securities, Mr. Woodworth held senior management positions at Banc of America Securities LLC (Montgomery Securities), Smith Barney Inc., and Kidder, Peabody & Co. He also served as President of the Securities Division of Lincoln Trust Company. At Banc of America Securities, as an executive in the Private Client Services Group, in a span of three years, Mr. Woodworth created a successful business, which serves as the model for today’s HHL. Mr. Woodworth is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH, and attended the National Law Center at George Washington University and the business school at the University of Colorado. Mr. Woodworth also served as an officer in U.S. Naval Intelligence. He currently serves on the financial advisory board of Thirteen/WNET, a PBS affiliate, and on the advisory boards of several private companies. Mr. Woodworth is a registered Securities Principal, Representative and Investment Advisor. He resides in Wyckoff, NJ with his wife Linda, and daughters, Elizabeth and Victoria.
 
     
  Jean-Pierre Subrenat
Born April 21, 1950 in Cannes, France.
Started career in Grasse, with Charabot as an apprentice perfumer, pursued it in Paris with Roure and move to the USA in 1976 working as a Director of perfumery for Haarmann & Reimer. In 1980, he became Chief perfumer and Vice President of Florasynth. Moved to drom fragrances International as Executive VP and Chief Perfumer in 1985.
In 1990 Mr. Subrenat created his own company, Creative Concepts Corporation, in New Jersey. After 25 years directing the perfume divisions of the largest and most famous fragrance houses in the world, Mr. Subrenat brought together a group of specialists to create perfumes in every category, from fine perfumery to industrial fragrances. He is President and CEO of this corporation, as well as President and CEO of Creative Concepts Recreation, LLC, created in 1999.
In 1992, Mr. Subrenat made a joint venture with Avon Products, Inc., to create a line of fragrances for women, distributed exclusively by Avon and marketed under the name Parfums Créatifs. This line has grossed over $150,000,000 in international sales since the initial launch.
This year, Mr. Subrenat is launching globally a new brand, under license with Club Med, called Re-creation Club Med. A line of fragrances for men and women.
Over the course of his career, Jean-Pierre Subrenat has created many successful international fragrances. His creations are some of the most known and successful perfumes on the market today, including works for the House of Yves St Laurent, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Molyneux, Jean Couturier, Nina Ricci, and many more.
Mr. Subrenat is also the Chairman of the prestigious American Society of Perfumers, as well as Chairman of the internationally renowned World Perfumery Congress to be held in 2001 in Cannes, France (and was Chairman of the World perfumery Congress 1998, also in Cannes). He is a musician, a painter and also writes articles in Perfume 2000.
 
     
  Michel Mane.
Born March 11, 1959, in Nice France
Raised in the middle of the jasmine and rose fields of Grasse. Did his graduate studies in Paris, chemical engineer of the INSCIR, with a Masters of Science from Duke University.
Started his career at V. Mane Fils in Bar sur Loup, France as a research chemist in 1982, was trained as a Perfumer from 1986 to 1988, and became Director of the Fragrance Division in 1989.
He then moved with his family to the USA in 1994 as President of MANE, USA, became President of MANE Americas in 1999 and enjoys being a father of two boys. He is a New York City resident.
Mane is positioning itself as one of the top 5 companies designing and manufacturing fragrances for the leading fine fragrance and beauty products marketers and distributors. Mane Flavors and Fragrances remains a recognized leader in Natural Products extracts.
 
     
 

Patrick. M Etchaubard
Born December 18, 1954
Studied at University of Haute Bretagne (France), major in economics.
US resident since 1989. Has worked in the packaging for fine fragrances for over 13 years. General manager for Bormioli Luigi Glass co, a leader in the conception, manufacturing and marketing of glass perfume bottles, for North and South America since 1991.
Major achievements under his leadership at Bormioli Luigi Glass co:To be recognized and accepted as one of the two best glass companies in the world for manufacturing glass bottles for the fragrance industry.
Member of the Fragrance Foundation In New York, CIBS, Beauty Industry West.
Resides at 2 Old Barn Court, Newton, PA.

 
     
  Roger W. A. Spillmann
Roger Spillmann is currently Sr. Managing Director and Partner of Harris, Hoover & Lewis, Inc. (HHL), a financial advisory firm, and a member of its Executive Committee. Prior to joining HHL, Mr. Spillmann was First Vice President of Investments, Special Accounts with Prudential Securities in New York City, specializing in advising corporations, institutions and high net-worth clients on asset allocation, money management, estate and tax planning, equity risk management and general investment strategies. At HHL, Mr. Spillmann is engaged in the origination and engagement of corporate finance business and private and public stock transactions. Mr. Spillmann also directs the firm’s corporate and executive services, venture services and equity risk management effort, and is responsible for strategic planning, business co-development, marketing and product research, and outside capital relationships. Prior to Prudential Securities, Mr. Spillmann was with the Private Client Services Group at Banc of America Securities LLC (Montgomery Securities), where he focused on equity derivatives, asset management and corporate and venture services. Prior to Banc of America Securities LLC, Mr. Spillmann was with the Cross Border Finance Group at Clifford Chance, Rogers & Wells LLP. Roger has had extensive experience in the development and structuring of public and private debt and equity transactions, project finance and M&A for governments, financial institutions and corporations. Roger is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. He also attended the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Spillmann currently serves on the advisory boards of several software, broadband, e-commerce and IT services companies. Mr. Spillmann is a registered Securities Representative and Investment Advisor and resides in Manhattan with his wife Claudia.
 
     
  Silvia Botifoll Arguelles.
Born March 13, 1950, in Camaguey Cuba.
Studied Business Administration at the University of the Americas - a Branch of the University of Southern California in Mexico City, Mexico. Obtained her Arts Degree at La Esmeralda Arts Academy in Mexico City, and a Diploma of French Language and French Civilization from the Alliance Francaise Institute in Mexico City.
From 1980 to 1988, she worked for two Fragrance Companies; with the first one, she was involved from the beginning in the development of fragrances - including market study, name searching, decision on the scents, packaging, and marketing of the fragrances, and with the second, as Vice President of Sales having created a complete sales force in the U.S. market to launch, service and promote sales of many well known brand names.
From 1988 through 1994 - worked as Vice President - Purchasing of Fragrances and Cosmetics for two different organizations which included duty free stores in hotels, cruise ships, airline in-flight duty free, airports and border shops. The location and sizes of these shops varied tremendously (South America, Mexico, the Caribbean, shops in cruise lines and airlines) so the purchasing had to be regionalized to suit each particular need and include key products from the area the shop was in, balanced with leading worldwide brands to give the shops the sense of credibility and confidence to the consumer.
From 1994 to the present - incorporated Cosbelle International, and developed her own brand of fragrance, bath & body care line under the brand name of Cosbelle, and additionally serves as a distributor and/or agent of the other brands for both -domestic and duty free markets - mainly in the U.S. and the Caribbean.
