1. Why can't I access Find Buyer, Find Supplier or Find Service menu's?

    To access this information, you must be a member of our marketplace. If you are not a Beauty Portal member yet, Register Now to start using all tools.
  2. How do I register?
    To begin the registration process, carefully read the categories in the list provided and check all that best fits your company. When you are finished, click Next at the bottom of the page. -go to registration page-
  3. How do I search for my company or any other companies?
    Once registered you can search our database through Find Buyer, Find Supplier, and Find Services. After selecting a category you will find companies listed by name.
  4. How do I contact my Power User?
    Under Company Info you can view Primary Representatives information, such as address and phone numbers to contact Power User.
top 5. How do I become a Power User?
    To become a Power User you must register your company.
  6. I forgot my user name or password.
    To request your User Name and Password e-mail our tech support department.
  7. How can I get a free e-mail account?
    To sign up for free e-mail go to http://mail.perfume2000.com and enter a user name and password.
  8. What payment options do you have?
    At this moment we do not offer payment options but we are working on providing payment plans in the near future.
  9. What are my fees?
    No other fees besides Registration and setup fees will be charged to the actors of the marketplace.

    Beautyportal is accessible worldwide. If experience problems logging on contact tech support and we'll help you.
  13. How can I view my Invoices and Purchase orders?
    To view PO's and invoices Click on Manage Sales button in the Power Tools Section.
  14. How many discount passwords can I create?
    A Power User can create 5 discount passwords.

    There is no limit on registered users.
  16. Can a company have more than one Power User?
    No, a company can only have one power user.
  17. I can't find my company should I add a new company?
    Yes, if your company is not listed you can add it by clicking "Add New Company" button.
  18. Can AOL users access my information?
    BeautyPortal is accessible to AOL 3.0 and higher
  19. Can Netscape users access my info?
    BeautyPortal.net has been designed to be accessible through Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers.

    To add an Item to Auction click on "Auction Manager" to view and add items in your auction. 
  21. What benefits will I receive as a registered actor of the marketplace?

  22. Can I e-mail an entire category or a list of companies?
    E-mails can be sent to either a list of prefered companies or an entire category.
  23. How can I send my Purchase Order?
    Once you create your PO click the send button and it will be sent to the seller and you will be notified by e-mail concerning this transaction.
  24. Is there a demo available?

    At this moment there are no forums or newsgroups but we are working on providing this service in the near future.
